BOOKING CONDITIONS – APPLY TO ALL RESERVATIONS

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment or required deposit. A confirmation invoice will be issued.

2. Prices & Government Charges

Prices may increase due to:
• Airline fare changes
• Fuel surcharges
• Taxes and fees

3. Minor & Major Changes

Minor changes may occur. Major changes will be communicated and alternatives offered.

4. Group Tours

Group tours require minimum numbers. Prices may change if numbers drop.

5. Flights

We cannot guarantee airlines, aircraft types, or schedules.

6. Deposit

Deposits are non-refundable unless stated.

7. Amendments

Changes are subject to amendment fees.

8. Cancellation Policy

• 42+ days – Refund
• 29–42 days – 50%
• 15–28 days – 70%
• 8–14 days – 90%
• 1–7 days – 100%

After ticket issuance: 100% charge.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend medical & trip insurance.

10. Visas, Passports & Health

You are responsible for:
• Valid passport
• Saudi visa
• Vaccinations

11. Behavior

You are liable for damages caused by you or your party.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• War
• Natural disasters
• Airline strikes
• Border closures

13. Data Consent

By booking, you consent to our use of your personal data under PIPEDA.

14. Responsibility

The person booking accepts responsibility for all passengers.
